Usage Instructions

1. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
2. Brush thoroughly for at least 2 minutes.
3. Use twice a day – in the morning and at night.
4. Do not exceed three times of use per day.
5. Minimize swallowing; spit out and rinse mouth thoroughly after brushing.
