Purpose

Medicated shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis, scalp psoriasis, and dandruff.

Translucent amber liquid solution, available in 15 mL, 125 mL, 250 mL, or twin 250 mL formats.

Macrogol lauryl ether (4), sodium lauryl ether sulfate, cocamide MEA, laureth‑4, cocamidopropyl betaine, imidazolidinyl urea, methyl and propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218, E216), tetrasodium EDTA, citric acid, fragrance (esters of benzoic acid, benzyl benzoate, BHT E321), sodium chloride, purified water.

Coal tar suppresses hyperproliferation by inhibiting DNA/protein synthesis, reduces inflammation & itching, and has antiseptic properties. It offers continued therapeutic effects even after rinsing.

Apply a liberal amount to wet scalp.
Massage gently to form a rich lather; leave on for several minutes.
Rinse thoroughly; repeat once.
Use 2–3 times weekly for up to 6 weeks; longer use only under doctor supervision.
Only for people ≥ 12 years; not for inflamed or broken skin.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity to coal tar or ingredients; avoid use on inflamed/broken skin or erythrodermic/general pustular psoriasis.
Warnings:
Avoid eye contact; rinse if contact occurs.
May cause temporary hair discoloration, especially on gray/blonde hair.
Increased sun sensitivity—avoid direct sunlight post-use.
If irritation occurs, discontinue and consult.
Paediatric use: Not recommended for children under 12.
Carcinogenic concern: Coal tar itself contains carcinogenic compounds, but epidemiological studies show no increased cancer risk with therapeutic topical use.

Individuals aged 12 and above with seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis or dandruff of the scalp.
Use 2–3 times weekly; if no improvement after 6 weeks, seek medical advice.
Those using UV therapies or other psoriasis medications should consult a doctor before use.
